• This Building is approximately 20 ft. long 8ft. wide and is furnished with one table and four chairs. Standard size is equipped with security lock and air conditioning for user comfort. It is located on the racetrack grounds, easily accessible to all racing activities including a restaurant quality snack bar.

• Building rental for 11 days is $2800.00 payable in advance. Building availability is first come first serve and are limited to ten buildings. Buildings must be reserved no later than July 5th, 2010 to guarantee availability.

• Early trailer move in and set up will be made available to patrons on July 20th and trailer check out will be on August 1st. If you wish to be in early please notify Mikes Hobby Shop so that proper arrangements may be made.
